All orders will be prepared and mailed from the North Carolina, USA - zip code 27529.
We work as fast as possible and are usually able to prepare your order within 72 hours (working days). In some cases, out of our control (storms, covid-19 or high traffic periods), it could take up to 7 days to prepare your order.
ADDRESS: Make sure you enter your full address in your account and your method of payment processing such as Paypal, CashApp, Venmo, otherwise we will not be responsible for any non-delivery of your order. Any charges related to an error on your part will be deducted from the refund of an order that is returned to us by US Postal Service (USPS).

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If we feel we have made a mistake, we will contact you for more details on returns, exchanges & refunds and provide you with the appropriate form. When purchasing items in person from an event, make sure you have reviewed your purchase. As we want our customers to be satisfied at all times, we ask that you contact us if there is a problem with your order, within 5 days of receiving it by mail or the next day if purchasing it in person. We live in a world of increasing allergens, and we cannot guarantee that our soaps and other products will be suitable for your skin type. We recommend that you do an allergy test and use the soap or cosmetic on the inside of your forearm and/or hands for the first 24-48 hours. If a skin reaction occurs, it is best to keep it localized. Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only. If irritation, redness, or itching occurs, discontinue use immediately.
