We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and motivated individuals to represent Footsie Tootsie Soapery at local pop-up markets, festivals, farmers markets, and community events this upcoming year. Your role will be to engage customers, share our all-natural soap and skincare story, and help drive sales and brand awareness. The more you connect and sell, the more you earn!

This fun, people-facing position is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with others, working in lively environments, and representing a small, local business with pride. You’ll be the face of our brand—educating customers, answering questions, and creating a welcoming booth experience.

Event Market Representative: We offer hourly base pay plus UNCAPPED BONUSES based on performance. On average, our event representatives earn $20–$30 per hour. You will travel to various local events with booth materials, so a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. 

Farmers Market Cashier: We offer hourly base pay. You will work in one specific store location with a set schedule weekly. 

Opportunities to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed. 

Compensation Includes

Requirements

• Dependable and reliable
• Weekday, weekend, and holiday availability
• Flexible hours (4–8+ hour shifts)
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Comfortable using basic technology (smartphone & payment apps)
• Ability to set up and break down event booths 
• Ability to lift 10-25 lbs 
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• High energy with a positive, friendly attitude

No prior experience is required, though customer service, sales, or event experience is a plus. What matters most is a willingness to learn, connect with people, and represent a small, growing local business.
